Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ladies University ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Ladies University provides a digital learning platform including podcast episodes/lectures, community features, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, merchandise, and membership subscriptions centered on relationships, self-worth, and personal development.

• Membership plans (Freshman, Dean's List, Summa Cum Laude) are offered on a subscription basis.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

• 1-on-1 coaching sessions must be booked and paid in advance.
• Session availability is subject to the Dean's schedule. We will confirm your time slot via email.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a confirmed session may be eligible for a credit. No-shows are non-refundable.
• Sessions are for personal use only and may not be recorded or redistributed without written consent.

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post harmful, harassing, or offensive content in the community
• Share, sell, or distribute any proprietary content from the Platform
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on Ladies University — including lectures, graphics, branding, and written material — is the exclusive property of Ladies University and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

All sales of digital content and merchandise are final unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. For merchandise issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Session and membership refund eligibility is outlined in Section 3 and 4.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ladies University does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Coaching content is for educational and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladies University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
